Methodologies
SCA is very well versed in tried and true methodologies such as the Software Development Life Cycle and UML. We are firm believers in the importance of creating a Requirements Document as the starting point of any projects. Our Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) work with you to identify the needs of your business. Then, based on these discussions, we give you a Requirements Document (RD) that identifies the specifications that we must meet to deliver the solution you want. This RD is the blueprint that guides our team’s work. And, our analysts use RDs to create test cases. Using a process of rapid prototypes and keeping in constant contact with our clients, we are able to ensure that all projects stay on track and within budget.
